Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Services

By engaging Moonbug Design, LLC, you agree to be bound by these Master Terms. No creative work commences until a formal Service Agreement is executed and the initial project retainer is settled.

2. Intellectual Property

All interim conceptual sketches and mood boards remain the property of Moonbug Design, LLC. Full ownership of final approved assets transfers to the client only upon final payment settlement.

3. Jurisdiction

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Montana. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Gallatin County, MT.
